We recently tested GCaMP8m with fiber photometry and we are thrilled! We will be happy to help you set it up in your lab.
We represented the raw traces (cyan for the 470 nm and violet for the isosbetic). We see many transients whereas the isosbestic signal is pretty stable. On the bottom we tryed to integrate nois information on top of the dff signal using a sliding standard deviation calculated from the isosbestic signal.
